We have been growing organic top fruit in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside since 1998. Our orchard produces a wide range of both popular and uncommon apple varieties, alongside plums, pears, quinces, and walnuts — all with love, care, and attention. As a working organic farm, we are committed to producing high-quality fruit while protecting the natural environment that surrounds us.
The wellbeing of people and nature lies at the heart of everything we do. As certified organic producers, we follow sustainable farming practices that support healthy soil, biodiversity, and the long-term vitality of the orchard. We are proud to supply locally grown organic fruit to nearby businesses and customers who share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and responsible farming.
The Old Windmill orchard is also home to a rich variety of wildlife and native plants. Our farm includes diverse habitats such as ponds, woodland, hedgerows, wildflower verges, and organic vegetable and ornamental gardens. These spaces create a thriving ecosystem that supports birds, pollinators, and other beneficial wildlife, helping our orchard flourish naturally.
